Committee Membership & Terms of Reference
The Council may appoint committees for specific purposes. These committees have delegated powers and responsibilities that are formally documented in their Terms of Reference. The Terms of Reference are agreed annually by a resolution of the Full Council.
The members of the committees are appointed by Full Council. Non-councillors can be appointed to committees in an advisory capacity but may not participate in formal decisions taken by the committee.
