Community Infrastructure Levy

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a charge made on certain types of development by The Borough Council of Kings Lynn & West Norfolk as Planning Authority. When qualifying developments take place within our parish, the Parish Council receive a proportion of this levy. CIL income can only be used for specific purposes permitted by legislation.

To ensure the Parish Council is complying with the rules, we are required to submit an Annual Report to Borough Council detailing our CIL income and expenditure for the financial year, and for transparency these reports must be published on our website. These reports may be found below.
